This class puts emphasis on body alignment, and lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. We will be using some props such as a rope and a semi deflated ball. Please wear clothing that you can comfortably move in, bring water, and a mat or towel.

A hands-on class for making traditional Irish soda bread, where participants will create a large loaf to take home and bake. Please bring a large bowl, a mixing spoon, and a small cookie tray.
