This program covers strength training, balance, aerobics and flexibility. Most of the exercises are performed seated in a chair. Please wear clothing that you can comfortably move in, have water available, and be ready to have fun.

Originally developed in ancient China for self-defense, Tai chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and to help with a variety of health conditions.
