We provide the room, you provide your game of choice. Bring a friend, cards, or any board game and we have the space for you. Very informal and getting groups together is up to those that attend. Registration is not required.
Uses a chair for stability and other props to build strength. Chairs and soft fitness balls are provided. Participants can bring their own light weights. If you are a beginner, weights should be no heavier than 3 lbs.

Using special paper, vintage books, and more, we will create placemats for adults. These will be donated to organizations that help Meals on Wheels. Earn one (1) service hour for attending this program.
Select your favorite Fall recipe. Bring a sample of your chosen dish and include a copy of the recipe so everyone can savor and recreate it!
