The library will be temporarily closed starting Monday, October 20, at 3:00 PM, and will reopen on Thursday, October 23, at 9:00 AM to replace our HVAC units.
We provide the room, you provide your game of choice. Bring a friend, cards, or any board game and we have the space for you. Very informal and getting groups together is up to those that attend. Registration is not required.
Uses a chair for stability and other props to build strength. Chairs and soft fitness balls are provided. Participants can bring their own light weights. If you are a beginner, weights should be no heavier than 3 lbs.
