Program Description
Event Details
This class puts emphasis on body alignment, and lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. We will be using some props such as a rope and a semi deflated ball. Please wear clothing that you can comfortably move in, bring water, and a mat or towel.
