For all levels.  We’ll focus on the fundamentals of a Vinyasa Yoga asana practice and explore Yoga through breath work and meditation.  Bring a mat and your desire to learn!

Make homemade fondant, tie dye them with food dye, and glaze them to perfection.  These cookies are so pretty you might find them hard to eat!
